General Purpose
Responsible for providing support to the Human Resources department in a variety of activities, processes, and initiatives.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with communications such as: monthly newsletter, weekly announcements, and miscellaneous communications.
- Conduct hourly phone screens, create new hire folders, and participate in new hire orientations.
- Conduct employee roundtables and stay interviews to gather feedback, track, and report out on trends.
- Assisting in upkeep and filing of HR documents.
- Facilities support as needed including organizing storage rooms, employee training room, employee locker rooms and lunchroom. Ensuring space is utilized efficiently and inviting to our internal and external customers.
- Providing executive administrative support as needed.
- Special, real-time projects as assigned.

- 20-25 hours a week / $17.00 per hour

Education and Experience
- Working towards Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to demonstrate professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and interface with all levels of individuals, internal and external to the organization.
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and within a team.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, initiative, and follow up.
- Basic level experience working with Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
