Job Overview: The Human Resources Manager is responsible for defining and aligning the cultural strategy of the site. This role takes initiative in shaping and influencing the team and organizational dynamics while owning the community impact plan.
Key Responsibilities:
Owns the communication and culture strategy of the site.
Is responsible for the community impact plan of the site.
Leads the recruiting area for administrative roles.
Is the HR BP for specific groups within the organization.
Builds autonomy and personal initiative.
Leads small projects or initiatives with impact on the whole organization.
Understands HR systems and consistently delivers results via operational excellence.
Identifies key business building opportunities.
Builds capabilities and delivers business impact with excellence.
Job Qualifications
Hard Skills:
Demonstrated experience in Human Resources or related field.
Experience with HR systems and processes.
Soft Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to influence and shape team dynamics and organizational culture.
Demonstrated ability to lead small projects or initiatives.
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience in community impact planning.
