Position Purpose:
The Manager - Human Resources plans, directs, and implements a range of HR programs related to HR operations and management, technology and automation, employee development, talent acquisition, information systems, payroll and timekeeping, benefits administration, performance and discipline management, continuous improvement, and customer service to ensure that HR programs, processes and policies enable the organization to achieve its long-term goals.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent of a minimum of 3-5 years related work experience in Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition, and/or Training/Employee Development.
- Thorough knowledge of common company and HR practices and procedures
- Familiarity with Workday or any HCM/HRIS tool or platform.
- Intermediate Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
