Profile Manager HR
For our organization we need an energetic all-round HR Manager and business partner. As a HR professional a couple of years in the profession, you have gained insights in the importance of true partnership, transparent procedures and a flexible attitude.
This position is part of the Management Team in Arrow Electronics Netherlands.
The 2 main areas of responsibility will be:
HR Business partnership:

  • HR business partner to senior management and management team in our supply chain organization in Sevenum and branch offices in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxemburg.
  • Employee relations, coach managers in their leadership, offer solutions.
  • Advise in performance management, compensation and organization effectiveness.
  • Partner to the business with workforce planning, recruitment strategy and job development.
  • Manage and support HR programs and processes, monitor deadlines and compliance.
  • Support peer HR Business partners in their area of responsibility.
  • Instrumental in managing absence and follow up (legal) requirements.
  • Provide sound advice and apply up-to-date legal knowledge in Dutch labor Law.


Lead of Supply Chain HRBP:

  • Manager and coach to the local HR Specialists (2 employees).
  • Oversees HRBP services delivered to the business.
  • Align internal processes to the business.
  • Coordinates internal HR projects (optimization, health, workshops).


Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS (we use AFAS and Workday) and Microsoft Office.
  • Experienced in HR business partnership.
  • Few years leadership experience.
  • Languages: English and Dutch, German preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree and 4 years' experience as HR Manager.
