Future Aviation, Inc., a HEICO Corporation (NYSE: HEI) Repair Group facility, located in Southwest Florida, is the largest independent regional airline component MRO facility in the industry. We are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team.
The Human Resources Manager develops and administers various human resources plans and procedures for all Team Members to ensure compliance with legal requirements and support organizational goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

- Manages Team Member relations to communicate and enforce various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws and government regulations.
- Affirmative Action Officer responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of the Affirmative Action Plan.
- Develops, recommends and maintains Team Member handbook.
- Responsible for biweekly payroll administration.
- Coordinates recruitment effort for all Team Members, interns, and temporary Team Members to include new Team Member orientation.
- Performs benefits administration.
- Establishes and maintains records including personnel files and compliance reports.
- Responsible for professional development and training. This includes creating development plan action items, training opportunities, etc. and coordination with corporate HR Department regarding human resources planning and development.
- Responsible for the administration of the performance management system.
- Maintains job descriptions.
- Administers Worker’s Compensation and safety with Environmental Health and Safety Manager.
- Responsible for leave administration.
- Responsible for planning various company events.
- Responsible for unemployment administration.
- Coordinates and administers terminations, exit interviews and reductions in force.
- Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensures compliance with Federal and State laws.
Supervisory Responsibility
May direct the work of others.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Overtime work may be required as job duties demand.
