We are expanding our leadership team to include a Manager of Human Resources and Compliance who will play a pivotal role in shaping organizational culture, maintaining regulatory compliance, and ensuring the continuous professional development of our staff.
The Manager of Human Resources and Compliance will oversee all HR, training, and compliance functions across Therapeutics LLC. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring a dynamic leader who demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, a proactive and positive attitude, and the ability to inspire excellence across teams. This role requires the individual to perform professional-level work across multiple areas of human resources, providing guidance and support to employees and managers while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and employment laws. This role requires independent judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to interpret and apply HR best practices to promote consistency, fairness, and employee engagement.
The successful candidate must demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and a strong working knowledge of employment regulations and HR systems. This position typically requires a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, along with 3–5 years of progressive HR experience. The role serves as a bridge between HR operations and strategic leadership, helping align human capital practices with the organization’s mission and goals.
This position must ensure full compliance with Federal, State and Insurance payor standards and requirements, including the Joint Commission and LARA.
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities span six primary functions: (1) Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, developing strategies, screening candidates, and coordinating onboarding; (2) Onboarding with Respect to Core Compliance Training and Certification; (3) Regulatory Compliance and Oversight; (4) Compensation, Benefits, and Leave Administration, managing employee pay adjustments, benefits, and leave processes; (5) Employee Policy Creation, Management, Interpretation and Compliance, ensuring adherence to labor laws, and core corporate values; (5) HRIS, Data Management, and Reporting, maintaining HR data accuracy and generating analytical reports; and (6) Employee Relations and Performance Support, advising supervisors on workplace issues and performance management.

Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding of new employees. Coordinates new hire orientation and monitors the satisfaction of newly engaged employees; communicates concerns of new employees to leadership.
Partner with executives, managers and supervisors to identify workforce needs and talent development strategies.
Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
Complete payroll, electronic media and communications registration.
Conducts new hire orientation.
Complete credentialing for insurance providers, including PiHPs and CMH organizations.
Ensure that new staff members complete core training modules prior to engaging clients and as required periodically.
Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, DEA, and LARA regulations across all operational sites.
Prepare and maintain documentation for internal and external audits.
Lead compliance improvement initiatives and policy updates.
Educate staff on compliance standards, risk mitigation, and documentation protocols.
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately. This includes training and certification tasks and requirements.

Process payroll and 401 K contributions, including answering employee questions, correcting processing errors, and providing required executive reports.
Serve as a liaison between the organization and external benefits providers and other HR vendors, which may include health, disability, and retirement plan providers.

Provide guidance on performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, DEA, and LARA regulations across all operational sites.
Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations.
Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and facilitating communication between staff and management.
Oversee HR operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
Partner with executives and department heads to identify workforce needs and talent development strategies.
Ensure equitable HR policies and manage employee relations and disciplinary procedures in accordance with company policy.
Pay: $58,000.00 - $70,700.00 per year
