HERE'S WHAT THE JOB REALLY LOOKS LIKE
Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will manage day-to-day HR operations for Egypt, working in close partnership with the Director on compliance, employee relations, and site support. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You will support grievance investigations, onboarding and offboarding, disciplinary process, and day-to-day vendor and systems coordination, while directly managing the HR team.
- Manage the site day-to-day HR operations.
- Partner closely with the HR Director on policy application, performance management, disciplinary action, and employee relations matters.
- Keep HR policies and processes consistent with Egyptian regulatory requirements, and in line with our global policies
- Counsel employees and maintain positive employee relations; act as liaison between employees and management.
- Monitor team-level employee satisfaction and attrition trends and flag concerns early.
- Manage and develop the HR team, ensuring cross-trained coverage and consistent day-to-day delivery.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Get fluent in Alorica's Egypt HR operations, compliance posture, and systems.
- Build strong working relationships with the HR team, Site Leadership, and cross-functional partners in addition to our external vendors.
- Be running Egypt HR operations day-to-day in close partnership with the HR Director.
- Contribute to a stronger compliance culture in Egypt, reduce operational risk, and help build a cross-trained team to support continued headcount growth.
WHAT'LL SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
- 5+ years of HR experience, including HR operations, employee relations or compliance.
- Expert in Egyptian Labour Law.
- Experience in a BPO/CX, contact center, or other high-volume operational environment is a plus.
- Previous experience in managing a team is preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills; reliable follow-through and comfortable flagging issues early.
- Fluent in English is a must.
