The HR Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of the Human Resources department. This role bridges the gap between management and employees by managing relations, addressing demands, grievances, or other issues, and driving strategic HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure legal compliance and support the organizations long-term business goals through effective talent management. 

  • Lead the HR team and manage overall HR administrative operations.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to source, hire, and onboard top talent.
  • Address employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and conduct internal investigations when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, and update company policies accordingly.
  • Oversee the annual performance review process and guide managers on constructive feedback.
  • Administer employee benefits packages, payroll processing oversight, and competitive salary benchmarking.
  • Identify institutional training needs and execute professional development programs.
  • Maintain workplace safety programs and foster a positive, inclusive corporate culture. 
Qualifications
  • Must be a US Citizen 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Deep understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Strong active listening, negotiation, and verbal/written presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with HRIS software (e.g., Paycom), Epicor and MS Office 

Skills Required
