What You'll Do
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts
  • Serve as a resource for employee relations, coaching, and conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Oversee performance management and employee development programs
  • Administer benefits, leave programs, and HR policies
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational initiatives
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Promote a culture of accountability, respect, and professional growth
 What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1+ years of HR management or leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with recruiting, employee relations, and performance management
