Job Main Contributions
Design, propose and implement Human Resources processes, contributing in different areas such as: organizational development, talent attraction, training, labor relations, compensation, payroll, events, to contribute to continuous improvement and the achievement of the company's objectives.

Key Accountabilities
1.Develop and implement Organizational Development strategies in LatC&C, which allow the organization to strengthen the culture through our employees, with adherence to corporate values, competencies, code of ethics and Human Resources policies and in line with the Human Resources Management.
Application and tropicalization of HR initiatives that come from the Group.
2. Attract and select human talent through standardized processes to ensure the hiring of personnel, which helps achieve the results of the organization, as well as align these processes with the DRH of the region.
3. Manage the labor relations of the subsidiaries in LatC&C, ensuring compliance with labor laws, establishing a relationship of constant communication, acting preventively in situations that contribute to maintaining labor peace in the facilities. Coordinate with the payroll the correct payroll payments and incidents of the collaborators.
4. Ensure compliance with the processes of People Review and Salary Review in LatC&C, in accordance with the compensation policy, correctly managing job descriptions, job valuations, organizational charts and performance evaluations, to generate internal equity.
5. Develop and comply annually with the Training and Development plan, planning and directing the definition of the needs of each area together with the corresponding Management, to promote the development of the skills of the collaborators, help them to increase the productivity of the organization that respond to the changing needs of the market
6. Ensure compliance with our values, principles, Code of Conduct and Procedures in our organization, through being an example and establishing the rules and measures for compliance, to help permeate an ethical work culture.
7. Ensure compliance with the requirements in the internal and external audits of the Ministry of Labor audits with any external authority that applies, coordinating the corresponding information and applying all Human Resources processes aligned with policies and procedures, as well as ensuring compliance with the established action plans.
8. Ensure the preparation, delivery and administration of the annual headcount budget of LATC&C subsidiaries, as well as HR expenses.
9. Coordinate activities of benefits and medical area of the subsidiary, to promote occupational health and hygiene in the personnel of the company, according to the applicable regulations, policies of the company and with the legal dependencies.
Requisitos
Education
Bachelor degree (Psychology, administration or similar)
Fluent English
Experience
10 years in processes related to organizational culture based on values.
In the area of Human Resources, managing processes of Organizational Culture, Labor Relations, Compensation, Payroll, Variable Payment Training, DO, Recruitment and Selection. Administration Internal Regulation Agreement. Compliance processes.
Knowledge
Strong skills and techniques of recruitment and selection, compensation, training administration tools, organizational development, Internal Labor Regulations. Budget management. External audit processes. Coaching. Change Management.
Technical Skills
