Salary Range / Rate (Currency): Up to $120, depending on the total experience (can also go higher)

- Streaming platform, independent production company
Around 5 YOE, hands-on candidate within the entertainment industry.
Target to recruit is production related talent
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR experience, with a focus on the entertainment industry.
- In-depth knowledge of entertainment payroll processes and regulations in multiple states
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Familiarity with labor unions and collective bargaining agreements in the entertainment industry.
