Position Purpose:
- Support Human Resources department with conducting interviews, meeting annual training requirements, employee evaluations, electronic tracking systems and job fair/community presence.
Essential Functions:
- The candidate will work with local HR team to be actively involved in the recruiting process from start to finish.
- Partner with the wellness team and activities committee to assist with any ongoing wellness projects and help plan upcoming employee events.
- Assist with electronic record keeping for disciplinary actions and training records. Assist with training needs, help with program rollouts, and tracking completion statuses for different touchpoints & deadlines.
- Work with local management team to complete and send out the quarterly newsletter.
Education and Training:
- Must be a currently enrolled in and working toward a degree in General Management, Business, HR, or related degree.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Basic Computer Skills (Microsoft outlook, Teams, and Excel)
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills (communication is key!)
- Self-motivated with ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to handle multiple projects at a time.
