- People Experience Support: Assist the Business Partner and People Experience Director teams with ongoing HR projects and initiatives.
- Organizational Communication: Support internal communication activities and culture-related programs.
- HR Reporting & KPIs: Prepare and maintain Excel-based HR reports and key performance indicators.
- Learning & Development: Support training coordination, development plans, and onboarding activities.
- HR Systems Administration: Assist with Workday administration and data maintenance.
- Employee Services: Provide support to employee services, onboarding processes, and employee relations groups.
- Presentations & Documentation: Create presentations and supporting materials for HR initiatives.
Who You Are
- Currently enrolled in a university degree such as Business Administration, Psychology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Some exposure to administrative, HR, or people-related activities through studies, internships, or projects.
- Comfortable using Excel and presentation tools; interest in HR systems and reporting is a plus.
- Creative, proactive, well-organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment, with strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
