As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure across the full employee lifecycle while supporting day-to-day people operations. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a high-performance environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding Support
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities including CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
- Assist with new hire onboarding, documentation, and induction coordination
- Support employee records management, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with contract preparation, filing, and HR documentation
- Update and maintain HR systems and trackers in real time
- Support performance management cycles
- Assist in organising learning, engagement, and wellness initiatives
- Respond to basic employee HR queries and escalate where necessary
- Support compliance with labour laws, internal policies, and audit requirements
- Assist in preparing HR reports, dashboards, and people metrics
- Support payroll inputs, Odoo leave tracking
- Support HR projects such as policy updates, culture initiatives, and process improvements
- Assist with special assignments in a fast-changing business environment
- Recent graduate of Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience and/or exposure in HR practice
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to wear many hats at the same time
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and HR systems
- Curious, agile, and quick to learn
- Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Interest in fintech, technology, or start-up environments
- Practical exposure to HR operations in a high-growth fintech
- Hands-on learning with experienced HR professionals
