This position provides support to the Human Resources department by working on a variety of HR projects to gain knowledge and experience in various aspects of Humans Resources.

YOUR IMPACT

These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.

  • Support the Talent Development team in implementing, managing, and continuously improving talent programs.
  • Assist with recruiting activities for manufacturing and office positions including pre-screening candidates, scheduling interviews, coordinating pre-employment activities such as background checks and drug screening, etc.
  • Assist with coordination of the new hire orientation, including scheduling, attendance tracking, event set-up, distribution of welcome gifts, ordering of materials, and more
  • Conduct additional aspects of the employee onboarding process, such as I-9 completion, documentation verification, badge distribution, etc.
  • Analyze and assemble reports on team member engagement data
  • Assist in the development and execution of various HR programs
  • Maintain training records for hourly and salaried team members, maintaining an organized system of filing, tracking, uploading to the HRIS, and ensuring accurate compliance
  • Lead projects as assigned by your leader.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS   

  • Student working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or related field for entire duration of internship
  • Graduation date of December 2026 or later
  • Willing to travel or relocate to Oshkosh, WI for full duration or part of internship (relocation assistance provided for those with a permanent address of greater than 50 miles from Oshkosh, WI).

  • Ability to learn new programs quickly in a fast-paced team environment
  • Outstanding communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater

Pay Range:

$18.00 - $37.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
