WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team and support the HR department. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment processes, employer brand and people partnering initiatives within a dynamic and people-focused environment.
- Post job announcements on internal and external platforms, ensuring accuracy and visibility.
- Screen incoming resumes and support in shortlisting suitable candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare and organize documentation for new hires, including offer letters and administrative onboarding forms.
- Assist with employer branding initiatives as per requests from the Talent Partner Lead, such as supporting content creation, event coordination, or internal campaigns.
- Updating job descriptions and organizational charts based on changes communicated by the team.
- Maintain the employee’s data base up to date.
- Consolidating feedback from internal surveys (e.g., UniPulse/UniVoice) and preparing summaries for the HR team.
- Assisting in the organization of well-being, internal recognition initiatives (e.g., anniversaries, shout-outs) and learning initiatives
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Interest in recruitment, talent branding, and HR processes.
Skills
- Fluency in English
- Familiarity with MS Office tools; knowledge of LinkedIn or other recruiting platforms is a plus.
- Capability of developing strong team relationships via interpersonal and communication skills.
- Responsiveness and resilient attitude.
