Uraian Pekerjaan- Assist in recruitment processes, including CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate administration.
- Support onboarding activities for new employees.
- Help manage employee data and general HR administration tasks.
- Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Psychology or Human Resource Management (preferred).
- Willing to work onsite.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Available for a minimum 4-6 month internship period.
