What you will bring to the team
Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking an HR Intern, that focuses on the execution of operational processes of a Human Resource department and supports an HR Business Partner in CDMX.
What you will be doing:
Your typical day as an HR Intern will involve:
Responsibilities:
- Onboarding support.
- Support in general employee queries.
- Responsible for managing new hire documentation and HR database.
- Support in communications & events of HR and CDMX Site.
- Participation and support in HR projects.
To be successful in this role, you must have the following:
- Excel knowledge (Basic formula, filters, database administration)
- Willingness to learn.
- Attend Office 3 times per week
- Support HR team 25 hours per week.
- Intermediate to advance English.
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent Oral and Written communication
- Microsoft Skills.
- Basic HR Generalist Skills.
- Service attitude team player
- Organized and self-motivated with a strong ability to multi-task
