THE HIGH LEVEL
Seeking 2 HR Interns to join us for the summer starting June 2nd. One will focus on creating news letters and the other will focus on gathering and organizing information for a Learning & Development project.

- If you’re an organized multi-tasker juggling multiple priorities while collaborating with colleagues – this role is for you!
- You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Research monthly topics for Health & Wellness, DEI, Training, Human Resources and Employee Experience newsletters. Create content for the next 12 months
- Create supportive communications suitable for digital signage, social media and internal platforms
- Create videos to support these topics
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Extremely organized and capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously
- Organizing events and schedules will certainly be useful in this endeavor
- If you have experience or knowledge in creating videos to support your communications - that would be very helpful
- This role requires you to interact with various employees and members of our leadership team - experience coordinating a team project / efforts would be beneficial
- Strong collaboration skills are essential
- The ideal candidate should be pursuing a Degree in HR, Communications, Marketing or a Business-related Degree and should be a Junior or a Senior.
- Must live in the DC Metro area. Occasional visits to our Herndon Headquarters is required
