Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and responsible intern to join our Talent Programs team for a full-time summer internship. This role offers hands-on HR experience, including supporting training initiatives, onboarding new hires, coordinating interviews, and assisting with HR events and administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with the Talent team to develop and track internal and external talent pipelines.
- Support the Wonderful Education intern experience by organizing feedback surveys, team-building events, and tours.
- Assist with interview coordination, including scheduling, candidate communication, and logistics.
- Support the screening process for job candidates, including resume review and initial outreach.
- Manage filing and organization of various HR documents.
- Serve as a backup receptionist for the main office.
- Assist in coordinating HR-related events, including training sessions and onboarding activities.
- Contribute to process and system improvements to enhance efficiency and the employee experience.
- Support pre-employment coordination for incoming new hires.
- Provide general administrative support for the HR team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Must be a current sophomore, junior, or senior in college, preferably a Wonderful Scholar.
- Preferred majors: Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Bilingual in Spanish
SPECIFIC KNOWELDGE, AND SKILLS:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-directed and able to work autonomously.
- Energetic and able to tackle new projects and ideas.
- Pay rate: $18.50/hr.
