As an HR Intern, you’ll have the opportunity to get hands-on experience across different areas of Human Resources and be part of projects that directly impact our people and culture.
Job DescriptionWHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Support the recruitment and selection process, from coordination to candidate follow-up.
- Help organize and coordinate training programs and onboarding experiences.
- Contribute to internal communications and HR initiatives.
- Coordinate with vendors and prepare documentation for new hires, terminations, and employee movements.
- Maintain and organize employee files and HR documentation.
- Create and follow up on purchase orders, ensuring the process is completed through payment.
- Support vendor setup and administration.
- Get involved in the coordination of HR events and employee activities.
- Currently studying Psychology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, ideally in your 5th semester or beyond.
- Availability to complete an internship for at least 1 year.
- Previous experience in HR or people-related activities is a plus (ideally 6+ months).
- Advanced English, both written and spoken.
- Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- A proactive, organized, and curious mindset, with a strong desire to learn and take ownership.
