Job Description:
Job Overview:
The position of Human Resources Intern is responsible for supporting administrative functions of the human resources department with a special focus on Talent Training & Development (80%) and other HR functions or special projects (20%).
Responsibilities and Duties:

Track the attendance and store the training information in the HR system (Workday).

Support the organization and logistics of the training. In person (at the office or in an external venue) and online.

Edition and creation of content in the HR system (Workday).

Support the engagement with the stakeholders and internal clients.

E-filing.
-
Support the annual Talent Processes (Talent Review, Employee Opinion Survey, IDP, Feedback, etc.)
-
Support and coordinate new employees' hiring - and onboarding processes if required.

Support the communications of the HR department. That includes drafting, writing emails, and marketing pieces.

Support the organization and logistics of the engagement actions.

Support the Comp/ Benefits, and Operations team if necessary.

Reporting.
Qualifications:

College degree required.

Interest in Human Resources. Focus on Talent, Training & Development.

Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent Microsoft Office and computer skills.
