Join our European Human Resources team and gain hands-on experience across several HR disciplines while working with colleagues from Luxembourg, Paris, Brussels, Madrid and Milan.

 

As an HR Intern, you will play an active role in supporting employees throughout their journey, contributing to talent initiatives, learning & development programs, benefits management and impactful HR projects. This is a unique opportunity to discover the reality of HR within an international financial institution and build valuable skills alongside experienced HR professionals.

 

 

YOUR ROLE

 

Employee Experience & HR Operations

 

Help us deliver a seamless employee experience across Europe by:

  • Preparing employment-related documents (contracts, amendments, certificates and HR letters)
  • Supporting employee onboarding and HR administration processes
  • Maintaining and updating employee data
  • Assisting with leave and absence management activities
  • Ensuring the accuracy and quality of HR records

 

Learning & Development

 

Contribute to the growth and development of our employees by:

  • Coordinating training sessions and learning activities
  • Managing registrations, attendance tracking and learning systems
  • Organizing training logistics and communications
  • Supporting projects that promote continuous learning across Europe

YOUR PROFILE

 

You might be the perfect fit if you are:

 

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's (final year) or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • Curious about people, organizations and HR careers
  • Organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn
  • A collaborative team player with strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
  • Additional European languages (Spanish, Italian or Dutch/Flemish) are a plus

 

Previous internship or administrative experience is appreciated but not required.
