Inside the Role

    As the HR Generalist, you will be a vital resource for our employees and managers. You'll be the HR contact for payroll processing and the person who ensures our employee data is accurate and up-to-date through all phases of the employee lifecycle, from on-boarding to off-boarding. Benefits communication, vendor management, and supporting credentialing are other key responsibilities. You'll have the opportunity to learn and grow in every aspect of HR!

Your Day-to-Day Impact

  • Master the Systems: Take ownership of our employee data across ADP Workforce Now, Lattice, and Lever. You will ensure smooth full-cycle on-boarding, off-boarding, and accurate payroll processing.
  • Support Our People: Serve as the friendly, go-to expert for our staff's FAQs regarding benefits, policies, FMLA, and more, while efficiently coordinating our HR shared inbox.
  • Champion Benefits: Drive active engagement during Open Enrollment, manage vendor relationships, and educate new and existing employees about our agency's benefit offerings to boost retention.
  • Advance Compliance: Partner with the credentialing team during the recruitment of medical professionals and perform routine audits to maintain our perpetual readiness for accreditation.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience within the Recruitment and/or Human Resources field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in HR administration, HRIS, or IT roles.
  • High level of comfort and experience with applicant tracking and HRIS systems (experience with ADP WFN, Lattice, and Lever is highly preferred!).
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle complex, confidential personnel matters with integrity, tact, and non-judgmental listening.
  • Preferred: 3+ years of benefits management and employee engagement experience, plus general knowledge of employment law.

Skills Required
