Position Summary:

Are you tech-savvy, people-focused, and eager to make an impact? Securis is looking for an HR Generalist to join our dynamic team! In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our workplace, supporting and improving key HR programs like benefit administration, timekeeping, employee engagement, and employee relations.

This position is 100% onsite, giving you the opportunity to connect directly with our team and make a difference from day one.

What You Will Do:

• Acts as the point of contact for employees on basic HR topics.
• Represents HR in interactions with external customers, vendors, and providers on HR-related matters.
• Keep our HR systems accurate and up to date by entering data, creating reports, and supporting day-to-day operations. 
• Help train employees on how to access and manage their information in the system so they feel confident using it.
• Supports employees with questions about benefits and insurance. Handles basic inquiries and guides employees through worker’s comp claims or unemployment benefits.
• Ensure employee files, payroll, and HR systems are accurate, complete, and consistent by applying strong attention to detail, proofreading, and clear communication skills.
• Help bring our culture to life by coordinating events like the annual picnic, quarterly town halls, anniversaries, and new hire luncheons, playing a key role in keeping employees connected and appreciated.
• Responsible for keeping personnel files organized, compliant, and easy to access so our team always has what they need when they need it.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• At least three years of related full-time HR experience is preferred.
• HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
• Familiarity with payroll and time tracking systems is preferred.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
