Human Resources Generalist

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our HR Team in Russellville, AR.

As the HR Generalist reporting to the HR Manager at our manufacturing facility—home to the production of Marie Callender, Healthy Choice, and other well-known brands—you will support many Human Resources responsibilities. These include recruitment and retention, staffing and onboarding, employee relations, training, project management, and assisting with strategic HR planning programs.

What you'll do in this role:

• Provide daily business HR partnership and consultation for assigned functional team(s).

• Provide coaching and advice to management on ways to administer HR programs and manage employee issues.

• Help implement approved employee relations' practices, providing assistance to functional leadership.

• Lead overall organization of Human Resource programs including EEO, unemployment, litigation, retention, termination, collective bargaining, turnover, and severance issues

• Partner with HR peers, HR centers of excellence and other business support departments including staffing, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Labor Relations, Finance and Legal on different needs.

• Help implement approved programs and policies to ensure enhancement and acceptance of diversity and proper EEO/AAP legal compliance.

• Facilitate, in partnership with staffing organization and partners, recruitment pipeline for current openings, candidate selection and future recruiting needs.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related degree

• 3+ years of professional experience in Human Resources in a manufacturing environment (large plant)

• Experience with ERISA, EEOC and DOL regulations, employment sourcing, communications, human relations, and management skills

• Experience with benefits and compensation administration, market pricing, labor law, labor relations, and organizational development

Compensation: 

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
