The Human Resources Generalist functions as a vital, autonomous human resource partner within Amentum's Corporate Human Resources Department, specifically assigned to provide dedicated, high-level operational support to the Facilities Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and asset infrastructure programs at the Joint Defence Facility Pine Gap. Operating within a highly complex, dual-jurisdiction matrix environment (Australia and the United States), this role delivers comprehensive, professional human resources advice, casework management, and program administration.
The HR Generalist moves beyond basic workflow processing to independently execute Employee Relations (ER) triage, policy application, and management coaching for program leadership.
