Key responsibilities
- Responsible for robust recruitment and selection process that will identify qualified talent, support work force diversity, and meet business staffing needs.
- Effective design, development, and administration of employees training plan. Monitor training feedback and measure training effectiveness.
- Spearheading Employee engagement activities from HR function.
- Effective administration of Human Resource Management Information system.
- Administer rewards & recognition for the organization
- Administer annual surveys and implement action points in stipulated time period. Promote and support work force diversity, equity and inclusion.
- Spearheading Employee engagement activities from HR function in collaboration with Plant councils.
- IATF/ ISO representative for HR function. Support implementation of HR Strategies and initiatives
- Support and participate in continuous improvement as an integral part of the HR function, recommending new approaches, programs, policies, and procedures to improve the efficiency of the department and services provided
- Collaborate with internal councils to plan and deliver engagement events and for continuous improvement/grievance redressal
- Involvement in Statutory compliance and EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) initiatives
Desired Profile
- 10 to 12 Years of progressive experience in Human resources function
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English/Tamil
- Good working knowledge of MS office Tools
- Excellent Interpersonal and Analytical skills
- HR certification with exposure to Workday or equivalent HRMIS
- IATF/ISO/other audit standards exposure
- Exposure to Automotive/ Manufacturing industry
Education
- Full time Post Graduate degree in Business administration or social work in HR specialization
