Assist Human Resources team
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the HR and Talent Acquisition teams.
- Contribute to special projects, event planning, process documentation, and other initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles preferred
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) inside of a global HR system like Oracle or Workday
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially excel and calendaring for hiring managers in Outlook
- High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Customer service orientation with a collaborative team mindset
