Position Objective:
Comprehensively manage recruitment and selection processes, both mass and specialized, utilizing effective strategies and diverse talent attraction channels. Additionally, support general Human Resources functions, combining field and office activities.
Responsibilities
Human Resources Generalist
• Support induction, training, work environment, and internal communication processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities within the Human Resources area.
• Provide support and follow-up to employees on issues related to their work experience. Recruitment and Selection
• Design and implement effective recruitment strategies for operational, technical, and administrative profiles.
• Conduct field recruitment (job fairs, modules at strategic locations, visits to institutions).
• Post vacancies and attract candidates through social media, job boards, and partnerships with companies and educational institutions.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection processes.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and recruitment sources.
Position Requirements
Academic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or similar.
Experience
• Minimum 5 years in recruitment.
• Field experience and management of social media to attract talent.
• Experience in manufacturing companies is essential.
Languages
• Conversational English (essential).
Technical Knowledge
• Proficiency in the Workday platform.
• Proficiency in recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, OCC, Indeed, etc.).
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Interview and competency-based assessment techniques.
