Provide Human Resources support and guidance to the business. In partnership with the business group HR, this role is responsible for providing services across business units primarily in the following areas: talent acquisition, onboarding, records management, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Ensure fluid and frequent communications regarding HR concerns and activity to provide an integrated view of all our employees.
- Partner with managers on all regular and contingent recruiting efforts, using Workday, from requisitions, posting, screening, interview, and offers, and ensure post-offer background verifications are administered before coordinating the onboarding process.
- Maintain employee HR files and data system accuracy.
- May interpret, communicate, and respond to questions regarding company policies and procedures.
- Partner with HR Manager and Operations on risk management, safety and workers compensation,
- Ensure all employees and managers are trained to use tools and resources for effective leadership and people management (Workday).
- May assist with planning and organizing employee relation events.
- Absence Control and recordable of total headcount.
- Office Manager Duties / be responsible for correct functionality and a good environment
- Other projects as may be assigned.
