Job Description:
The HR Generalist partners closely with doTERRA management to support the success of assigned client groups. This role includes consultation on human resources–related matters, proactively assessing organizational and employee needs, and supporting effective performance management.
The HR Generalist assists with the administration of HR policies and procedures and maintains accurate employee data within the HR information system, including employment history, compensation, and benefits information. This role works collaboratively with management to promote employee success by offering guidance on HR practices and employee relations.

Job Responsibilities:
Consults with Management and provides HR guidance when appropriate
Orients employees and responds to inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and programs
Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues
Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
Partners with the HR and legal department as needed/required
Provides day-to-day performance management guidance (coaching, counseling, disciplinary actions)
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
Other HR-related duties as assigned by HR Business Partner and/or HR Management
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
1-3 years HR experience preferred
PHR Certification preferred
Experience working with Workday preferred
Working knowledge of company policies and procedures
Excellent interpersonal skills
Discretion and judgment are required
Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
Highly autonomous and self-motivated, demonstrating sound judgment, initiative, and an ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency while maintaining a collaborative approach with management
Strong analytical skills; uses and interprets data to validate plans and approaches
Working knowledge of MS Office, Google Drive/Docs
