Provide Human Resources support in areas including employee relations, leave administration, benefits, policy interpretation, employee engagement, workforce administration, HR reporting, and organizational initiatives. - Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for direct labor positions, including Operators, Machine Operators, Quality Inspectors, and other production support roles.
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through internal and external sourcing strategies.
- Coordinate and facilitate onsite hiring events, job fairs, community outreach efforts, and recruitment campaigns.
- Partner with staffing agencies and internal stakeholders to support contingent workforce management and conversion initiatives.
- Manage candidate screening, interviewing, selection, offer generation, and onboarding activities for direct labor positions.
