This position provides administrative support to Saint Agnes by assisting with the development, coordination, promotion, and execution of colleague engagement programs and events. The role supports departmental operations, contributes to colleague-focused initiatives, and helps foster a positive and engaging workplace culture that aligns with the mission and values of Saint Agnes.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. Bachelor's degree preferred.
2. Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in an Human Resources support, Customer Service, or higher-level Administrative Assistant role in a high volume, highly-confidential, work environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
3. Minimum two (2) years of event planning and communication/marketing experience required.
4. One year of experience in Human Resources preferred.
5. Two (2) years of work experience in a health care environment is preferred.
6. Strong knowledge of computer operations and programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
7. Excellent oral and written communication skills, self-direction, and the ability to establish and manage time effectively are required.
8. Must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service.
Pay Range ($32.97 – $44.52)
