We are thrilled to offer an onsite opportunity for a Human Resources Employee Partner at our Raytheon facility located in Tucson, Arizona. In this role you will be a trusted partner to front line leaders, experienced employees and new hires, requiring a candidate who thrives in a broad space of employee and front line leader needs.
As an HR Employee Partner, you will play a critical role in implementing HR initiatives, fostering employee engagement, and supporting organizational goals. This is a unique opportunity for a high-energy professional seeking to grow both personally and professionally within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employees and leaders, providing guidance and support on employee-related and organizational matters. Act as both an employee advocate and a coach to leadership.
- Partner with leadership to implement HR strategies and programs that align with business objectives and deliver results in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Monitor employee engagement and proactively address risks, leveraging data and tools, such as employee surveys, to drive engagement initiatives.
- Support change management activities and facilitate completion of key HR processes
- Support workforce planning activities, including recruiting and retention strategies to meet organizational needs.
- Conduct internal investigations with professionalism, discretion, and integrity, providing recommendations for resolution and action plans.
- Drive compliance with HR policies, company procedures, and applicable governmental regulations. Addressing employee inquiries and effectively managing employee and supervisor needs.
- Lead and contribute to special projects aimed at improving HR processes and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 2 years of experience
- Experience in handling employee relations issues.
- Experience leading HR related programs such as Compensation, Performance Management, and Succession Planning.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Human Resources or a related field (e.g., MBA/MS/MA).
- Solid background and experience in employee relations.
- Commitment to cultivating a positive workplace culture and ethical decision-making.
- Ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders without direct supervisory authority.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
