Human Resources Director – Austin, TX

This is an onsite role based in Austin, TX — at the heart of where global ideas meet world-class execution.

We are seeking an inspiring and strategic Human Resources Director who is ready to make a global impact. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and decision-maker, aligning our people strategy with business objectives, shaping culture, and driving organizational success. You will lead all aspects of Human Resources while playing a critical role in Mergers & Acquisitions integration, talent strategy, and workforce planning.

What can you expect to do?

  • Strategic Leadership: Partner with executive leadership to design and execute global HR strategies that support business goals and long-term growth.
  • Full-Scope HR Management: Oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee relations, compliance, HR systems, performance management, and policy administration.
  • M&A Integration: Lead HR due diligence and integration activities for ongoing mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless cultural and operational alignment.
  • Talent Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent globally.
  • Employee Experience: Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture that drives engagement and performance.
  • Advisory Role: Serve as a strategic consultant to business leaders, providing insights and solutions that influence organizational success.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to the HR team, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with corporate objectives.

What is the experience needed to be successful in this role?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required; Master’s degree and HR certification preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role with global exposure.
  • Proven experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, including HR due diligence and integration.
  • Expertise in talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. and international employment laws and compliance.
  • Technologically proficient, with experience in complex ERP and HRIS systems preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
