Job Description
Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Human Resource Coordinator to support our home-based care delivery service lines across multiple agencies in three states. Our welcoming and collaborative office-based environment supports individual achievement and growth and utilizes technology that streamlines processes and maximizes effectiveness. We invest in every employee, providing training, resources, and support.
This is a temporary position working 40 hours per week for approximately 4 months.
Human Resources Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions
- Employee file maintenance
- Makes photocopies, fax documents and performs other clerical functions
- Conduct audits of files and recommends corrective action plans
- Enter/update renewable requirement information into HCHB and proactively obtain requirements from staff in order to ensure compliance.
- Communicate with the leadership team when employee renewable requirements are due. (Performance evaluations, TB, driver’s license, auto insurance, professional license, etc...)
- Assist with new employee orientation and coordination of new hire paperwork, including but not limited to I-9 verification.
Human Resources Coordinator Qualifications:
- Associate degree, Bachelor's preferred
- Cross-trained in many functions within the Human Resources Department
