We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with financial services experience to join our team of dedicated professionals.

Location: This position can be based out of Century City (CA) on a hybrid basis.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute onboarding of new hire groups according to the firm onboarding calendar
  • Support onboarding task compliance process. Send reminders related to incomplete onboarding tasks and follow up with employees to ensure completion
  • Host new hire orientations in the Century City office
  • Assist recruiting team in scheduling screenings and interviews for candidates
  • Assist in updating several large spreadsheets in an environment of continual change while employing a great degree of attention to detail to ensure data accuracy
  • Manage employee evaluation processes and performance reviews
  • Assist HR Managers with employee data changes in ADP such as, salary changes, promotions, transfers, supervisor changes, title changes, terminations, schedule changes, etc.
  • Manage offboarding of employees by ensuring terminations are submitted in HRIS and appropriate offboarding procedures are followed, and information is sent to exiting employees
  • Other duties as assigned

A successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to create and maintain a trusting relationship with staff and stakeholders
  • Able to work independently with little supervision
  • Able to juggle multiple responsibilities
  • Able to act in a confidential capacity

This is a non-exempt, overtime eligible position. Employee compensation is determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, employee education/training/credentials, employee work experience, work location (including if the employee will be hybrid or fully in-office), the scope and responsibilities of the role, internal peer equity, and market considerations. The expected base compensation hiring range for this position is $55,000 to $68,000 per year.
