  • Leading new hire orientation and HR-led training and partnering with managers on department training
  • Assigning and tracking required safety and compliance training and following up on overdue items
  • Supporting new hire benefits enrollment and following up on outstanding elections
  • Maintaining accurate, confidential personnel records, including Form I-9 and E-Verify documentation
  • Coordinating required workplace postings, employee notices, and policy acknowledgments
  • Tracking performance review cycles and sending manager reminders
  • Planning and executing employee engagement and wellness initiatives and events
  • Maintaining HR SOPs and identifying opportunities to improve and automate HR workflows

What Makes This Role Unique
  • You'll touch every stage of the employee lifecycle, from first interview to last day
  • You'll be cross-trained across HR functions and may take the lead on designated workflows and projects
  • You'll use modern tools, including AI, to build smarter HR processes and reduce manual work
  • You'll join a team that values Challenge, Collaboration, Care, Career, and Community

  • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities independently
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now, JazzHR, Asana, DocuSign, or AI tools such as Claude is a plus
  • Multi-state or international HR experience, or a background in hospitality, is a plus
