Help Create a Workplace Where People Love to Be

As our People Development Coordinator, you'll play a key role in shaping the employee experience--from the first interview through professional development and ongoing engagement.

As part of the leadership team, you'll help attract top talent, foster a positive workplace culture, support team member growth, and ensure employees feel valued, connected, and empowered to succeed.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both the people side and business side of Human Resources and wants to make a lasting impact on an organization and the people who work within it.

Responsibilities
  • Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new team members
  • Coordinate new employee orientation and ensure a positive onboarding experience
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee support
  • Promote employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives
  • Support team member development, education, and training opportunities
  • Foster positive team member relations and assist with employee concerns
  • Partner with leadership to support workforce planning and organizational goals
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and policies
  • Help develop and implement programs that support employee retention and satisfaction
  • Serve as a champion for Brookestone Acres' mission, vision, and values
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field required
  • Minimum of 2 years of progressive Human Resources experience or related experience preferred
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Passion for employee development and workplace culture
  • Positive attitude, high personal integrity, and strong leadership potential
  • Ability to work collaboratively while also managing multiple priorities independently
