What you will do:
Provide administrative support to HR leadership and maintain department calendar and meetings.
Partner with HR senior leadership to develop and execute effective company-wide communications. Maintain all HR content on the intranet.
Support talent acquisition operations by assisting Recruiters, Hiring Managers and HR leadership with onboarding, new hire orientation, and HRIS data integrity.
Produce periodic reports for internal and external customers.
Assist in the development of strategies to address continuous process improvement and identify opportunities to create efficiencies across the HR functional areas.
Foster a customer-focused approach to the design and implementation of HR processes, programs and systems.
Assist HR team with maintaining budget, procurements, organizing meetings and events, and developing presentations.
Have responsibility for HR files and records.
Participate in special projects and perform other duties, as assigned.
Minimum of 1-2 years administrative experience, HR experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
Strong business acumen and a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and understand the business environment, strategy and people initiatives.
Compensation Range:
$60,000.00-$75,000.00Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process. Salary determination will be determined based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, demonstrated skills related to the requirements of the role, education, certifications, and geographic location.
