As a Human Resource Coordinator/Executive Assistant you will provide HR support to the HR functions and offer high-level administrative support to our President and General Manager. You will handle information requests and perform clerical functions. You will assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations to maintain a positive work environment. You will ensure accuracy of people's data, support transactions and answer first line HR queries. You will carry out HR administration ensuring high levels of accuracy.

Job Description (primary responsibilities)

Coordinating travel arrangements across multiple countries and time zones

Maintaining HRIS data integrity and generating reports for HR metrics and analytics

Providing general administrative support to the HR department

Managing the Group President's calendar and scheduling appointments. Organizing meetings and taking minutes

Conducting research, proofreading and preparing reports and assisting with special projects as needed

Be able to maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters

Coordinating HR programs and initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion efforts

Assisting the wider team in executing HR programs, projects, events, recruitment, compensation and compliance matters

Other duties as assigned.

Requirement/Experience

Have a successful track record in HR coordination, Executive Assistant or related field.

Be knowledgeable about HR policies and procedures

Demonstrate proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office suite, with the ability to generate reports and analyze data.

Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance and consistency.

Have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
