Driverge Vehicle Innovations is seeking a Human Resource Coordinator. We provide a great work life balance with regular business hours so you can be home spending time with family or doing what you love most! If you love the auto industry and working with cars this job is for you!
The Human Resource Coordinator will provide administrative support to Human Resource Business Partner’s, Manufacturing Team Members and Managers.
What you get to accomplish:
- Sends new team members the requisite new hire documentation for completion
- Distributes HRIS registration emails to new hires
- Enters new team members into the HRIS
- Facilitates new hire orientation
- Assigns timecard and key fob
- Creates and enters IT tickets for IT needs
- Conducts45-daycheck-inwith new hires
- Processes any approved terminations for team members
- Generates monthly reports for 90-day reviews, driver license and other reports as necessary
- Issue steam member reimbursement requests
- Completes employment and other verifications as needed
- Files team member records electronically into HRIS
- Updates team member e-files and ensures integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records
- Provides administrative support to the HR department
- Conducts HR audits, as necessary
- Performs other duties as assigned
What you should posses:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a Human Resources Assistant capacity
- Experience with ADP or other payroll systems and time/labor systems is a plus.
- Full competency with Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent customer service skills and experience
- Ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently as well as a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
