Hiring Range: $22.31 - $30.36/hr
Location: Golden Valley, MN - onsite
Schedule: 1st shift

You enjoy being a helpful resource for employees and managers, whether that means answering questions, keeping employee records accurate, supporting onboarding, or helping key HR processes stay on track. You’re comfortable working in HR systems, managing inboxes and calendars, and handling multiple priorities without losing sight of accuracy or service. Bonus points if you have experience with Paycom, payroll or timekeeping support, benefits enrollment, onboarding, I-9 documentation, or Concur.

What You’ll Do
As an HR Coordinator & Administrator, you’ll:
- Serve as an initial point of contact for HR-related questions, including payroll, benefits, performance management, recognition, and general HR inquiries
- Monitor the HR inbox and HR calendar to ensure timely follow-up on requests, deadlines, meetings, and department needs
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Human Resources
- Administer the electronic onboarding process for new hires through the HRIS system
- Complete, verify, and maintain accurate Form I-9 documentation
- Support benefits enrollment for new hires and assist with the annual Open Enrollment process
- Oversee time and attendance processes in HRIS to support timely payroll processing
- Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS system, process employment changes, and assist with audits
- Support the performance review process, including preparation, communication, training coordination, and follow-up
- Assist with employee surveys, including distribution, tracking, results collection, and manager coordination
- Coordinate the Koch Employee Recognition program
- Maintain and distribute orientation materials
- Manage Concur expense receipts and allocations

- Experience with Concur or expense processing preferred

Required Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a Human Resources Coordinator or Administrator role.

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to sit for up to 90% of the workday using a computer, phone, keyboard, and mouse
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for the remaining time

About the Role
The salary grade for this position ranges from $22.31 - $30.36/hr. Starting pay within this range will be based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
