We’re looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing HR team. In this role, you’ll be at the center of the employee experience—leading onboarding, supporting recruiting, coordinating employee engagement initiatives, and helping ensure our HR operations run smoothly. From a candidate’s first interaction with our Company through their first day and beyond, you’ll help create an experience that reflects our commitment to our people.
What You’ll Do
As a valued member of our Human Resources team, you will:
- Lead and coordinate the onboarding experience from offer acceptance through an employee’s first day.
- Coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks, drug screenings, MVRs, I-9s, and E-Verify.
- Partner with hiring managers, Safety, DOT Compliance, IT, and Office Administrators to ensure every new hire is set up for success.
- Provide backup support for recruiting activities, including posting positions, coordinating interviews, and extending employment offers.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company events that strengthen our culture.
- Process employee changes and maintain accurate HR records within our HRIS.
- Develop reports, presentations, and people analytics that support business decisions.
- Serve as a trusted resource by providing exceptional customer service to employees, candidates, and leaders.

What You’ll Bring
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred. An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
- Two to four years of Human Resources or related administrative experience preferred.
- Experience with HRIS, ATS and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint. Experience With Paycom is strongly preferred.
Skills Required
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Two to four years of Human Resources or related administrative experience
- Experience with HRIS and ATS systems

Water Treatment Aegis employs an industry-leading team of experts in the chlorine dioxide water treatment space. Chlorine dioxide treatment is a proven, scalable and cost effective method to treat both fresh and produced water for fracturing operations and other oilfield and industrial applications. This chemistry is ideal for destruction of H2S and Iron Sulfide; resolution of oil/water emulsions; and is unequaled as a green biocide. Chlorine dioxide may be provided with either mobile or permanently installed equipment.
