Job Description
As a Conduct Manager on the Organizational Effectiveness Team, you are on an HR professional team designed to analyze employee conduct, culture and engagement data for Consumer and Community Banking Lines of Businesses HR and Senior Leaders. You will ensure stakeholders have proper line-of-sight into the Code of Conduct landscape, identify contributing factors, recommend/implement appropriate actions to address and create a closed-loop process for actions in place to validate that remediations have had their intended effect in the environment. The primary partners and stakeholders that you would engage with are but not limited to: Employee Relations, HR Business Advisors and Senior Leaders.
Be part of the Consumer and Community Banking Organizational Effectiveness Team primarily focused on conduct, culture and engagement analysis work intended to support HR and Senior Leaders understand the effectiveness of current employee experience strategies by leveraging data into actionable information and insights.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ability to quickly size up a complex people/business situation, sort through the facts, develop alternatives and make sound recommendations.
- Develop deep relationships in each business by providing guidance/counsel that enable rich understanding of the environment
- Liaise with key functional teams who are a part of the conduct landscape
- Conduct holistic analyses to identify contributing factors of conduct trends and identify necessary remedial actions
- Perform in-field observations, climate studies and focus groups
- Ensure data is captured, updated, tracked and reported properly
- Ability to leverage data to assemble a compelling story which is used to influence others to drive a business decision
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 7+ years Human Resource Business Advisors or Business Partner experience, management experience considered
- Proven track leading large-scale projects and long-term initiatives that have resulted in favorable business results
- Strong partnership, organizational navigation, consulting, influencing and negotiation skills
- Highly analytical and proven ability to work with large complex data set; can evidence ability to utilize critical thinking and analytical skills to identify issues and trends and develop solutions and/or recommendations to address root cause
- Excellent judgment and demonstrated ability to make sound decisions
- Strong communicator skilled at producing executive level presentations and analysis as well as presenting to senior leaders
