Requirements
What You’ll Do
- Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance management, and team development
- Serve as the primary HR contact for Security team members
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Provide guidance on policies, compliance, and workplace concerns
- Assist with conflict resolution and employee relations matters
- Drive employee engagement initiatives (recognition, communications, feedback)
- Support HR programs such as performance reviews and talent processes
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement, morale, and team effectiveness
- Promote a collaborative, high-trust culture aligned with company values
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of HR generalist or HR business partner experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Discretion handling sensitive/confidential information
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to support employee and business needs outside standard hours when needed
