Job Description:
Baptist Health is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. This is a remote position that required residency in KY & IN.
Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) I provides operational and consultative HR support to assigned
departments or service lines, partnering closely with managers and supervisors to implement HR programs,
policies, and processes. This role focuses on day-to-day HR execution, employee relations support of moderate
complexity, and consistent application of HR practices. The HRBP I builds strong working relationships with
leaders, supports workforce initiatives, and escalates complex or high-risk matters as appropriate. This role is
expected to develop increasing proficiency across HR disciplines while gaining experience in strategic partnering
and enterprise-level thinking.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
- Two to four years of Human Resources professional experience, including employee relations, leadership development, and
performance management.
