About the Role

As a trusted partner to leaders and team members, you will play a key role in bringing our people strategy to life while supporting the day-to-day needs of our business. Working closely with our manufacturing and operations teams, you will help foster a workplace culture that is safe, engaged, high-performing, and aligned to our values.

What you will do:

  • Implement APAC policies and processes, championing best practice and supporting a high-performance culture across the business.

  • Lead recruitment and onboarding activities across our New Zealand operations, delivering a positive candidate and team member experience.

  • Support performance, development, and capability-building initiatives that help our people grow and succeed.

  • Partner with leaders to strengthen team member engagement, build capability, and support effective people management practices.

  • Support Health & Safety programs and risk management processes, promoting a strong safety-first culture across all locations.

  • Deliver reporting and insights across recruitment, Health & Safety, and people metrics to support informed decision-making.

  • Ensure compliance with New Zealand employment legislation, Health & Safety requirements, and company policies.

Qualifications

About You

You are a proactive and relationship-focused HR professional who enjoys partnering with leaders, influencing positive outcomes, and making a genuine difference to the team member experience.

You will bring:

  • 5+ years' experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or Generalist role.

  • Strong knowledge of New Zealand Employment Relations legislation and workplace practices.

  • Experience supporting operational, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, food production, or similar environments.

  • Confidence working with frontline teams, people leaders, and senior stakeholders.

  • Excellent coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience facilitating training, workshops, and development programs.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

  • A continuous improvement mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo.

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Employment Relations, Business, or a related discipline.
