We’re looking for a seasoned and highly influential Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our People team. This is an opportunity for an experienced HR professional who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and brings the confidence, credibility, and tenacity to partner deeply with leaders and teams.

Reporting to the HRBP Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor across multiple client groups, helping leaders navigate organizational growth, performance management, employee engagement, career development, and complex people challenges. You are someone who is equally comfortable operating strategically at the leadership level while also rolling up your sleeves to handle nuanced employee conversations and drive meaningful outcomes.

This role is ideal for a strong HRBP who can build trust quickly, influence effectively, and bring a modern, forward-thinking lens to the employee experience — including leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve how teams work, grow, and scale.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Strategic Business Partnership
- Partner closely with leaders and employees to align people strategies with business priorities, team effectiveness, and organizational growth. 

- Provide thoughtful guidance that balances business needs with employee experience.

Performance & Talent Management
- Drive a high-performance culture through strong coaching, candid conversations, and practical performance management support. 

- Help leaders navigate difficult employee situations with confidence and accountability while supporting talent development and succession planning.

Career Pathing & Organizational Growth
- Support leaders and employees through career development conversations, organizational evolution, and talent transformation initiatives. 

- Help create scalable approaches to career growth, capability building, and internal mobility.

Employee Relations & Leadership Coaching
- Act as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations matters, providing sound judgment, discretion, and practical solutions. 

- Coach leaders through challenging conversations, conflict resolution, and team dynamics with empathy and firmness.

Employee Engagement & Culture
- Champion initiatives that strengthen engagement, connection, accountability, and retention. 

- Use employee feedback, business insight, and data to identify opportunities and drive meaningful improvements across teams.

Change Management & Organizational Effectiveness
- Support organizational changes, business transformation initiatives, and evolving team structures. 

- Help leaders successfully navigate ambiguity, growth, and change while maintaining strong team performance and morale.

AI Enablement & Future of Work
- Bring curiosity, fluency, or hands-on experience with AI tools and emerging technologies. 

- Partner with leaders and teams to help drive AI adoption, improve ways of working, and contribute to strategic initiatives focused on innovation and operational effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR Operations, and People leadership to deliver a seamless and high-impact employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.


What We’re Looking For

- 4+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably supporting fast-paced technology, SaaS, or high-growth organizations

- Proven ability to influence leaders and build credibility through strong business acumen, sound judgment, and relationship-building

- Experience navigating complex employee relations and performance management situations with confidence and professionalism

- Strong coaching and communication skills, with the ability to have candid, productive conversations at all levels of the organization

- Demonstrated experience supporting organizational change, engagement, and talent development initiatives

- Comfortable operating both strategically and tactically in a dynamic environment

- Experience supporting hybrid or distributed teams is considered an asset

- Curiosity, fluency, or practical experience with AI tools, technologies, or AI-driven ways of working strongly preferred

- CHRP or equivalent HR designation is an asset

This position offers a salary range of 90,000 - 110,000 CAD per year plus participation in a discretionary bonus plan. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
